My thinking as well, Dale.
Despite advances ereaders are in their infancy and won't mature overnight. And the first run of PLs should be pricey things indeed, Murdoch's rumored intervention aside.
I'm going to buy something workable for the interim, and later throw the baby out with the bathwater on Ebay.
