I ran it through Mobipocket creator to get it into html then used calibre to convert it to LRF.
The end result was pretty readable but the pictures were out-of-place which is what normally happens.
Only problem was the LRF ended up as 15MB instead of the original 10MB PDF.
Might try removing the pictures from the HTML before converting to LRF and the end result would be pretty good.
