it's a book of movie reviews, with each page consisting of header (MOVIE TITLE + YEAR), and a two column review. I'd like to have the book re-formatted (ideally) in a single-column as: header and column 1, followed by column 2 as the next page. If the header info pushes some (orphan) text onto a third page, that's fine. The book has page numbers, but no TOC so they're useless and can be cropped out.
