SkyDream, get a grip on yourself, you're running out of smilies ...

Since the shipments come directly from China, them American customers don't necessarily have to endure all the burden as the German customers do right now. And the USA are used to snow. Especially during winter.

And the guys running the US branch just might be a little bit more ... experienced than their German colleagues.

Edit: Just read that they are based in the Netherlands and their cargo got stuck too in Frankfurt.
Well, there are some who put demands on their customers, and there are some who really try to get their shipment.
