Hi...Im a new member.
are new members only allowed to reply to existing threads?
Ive been up and down this website, and I can't find any link to start a new thread or anything other than replying to an existing comment.
Also.. is this a forum for people that read ebooks or a forum for people that create e-books ? IM looking for a forum for the latter .
