Exclamation Kobo Bug thread

This is an attempt to organize bug reports for Kobo products. I hope in future a subforum for bugs will be created instead.

You can find here a list of Unconfirmed bugs, Confirmed bugs, ADE bugs and Solved bugs. You can also find a list of changes from previous firmware version (thanks to the patience of davidfor).

MOST IMPORTANT NOTE
If you want the bug will be fixed, you have to report it to the Kobo customer services: help@kobobooks.com. Send them bug reports even if the bug is already listed - the more the feedback the higher gets the fixing chance.
If your bug are confirmed as Adobe Digital Editions bug, please report report them also to the Adobe forum.

Before reporting:
Many bugs are caused by database corruptions. First try to reset the database as exaplained here.

How to report:
Copy & paste the bbcode below and fill the data (a test document will be appreciated ):
PHP Code:
[B]Product[/B]:
[
B]Firmware[/B]:
[
B]Plugins[/B]:
[
B]File types[/B]:
[
B]Sideloaded or from Kobobooks[/B]:
[
B]On external SD[/B]:
[
B]Steps to reproduce[/B]:
[LIST=
1]
[*]
[*]
[/LIST]
[
B]Current result[/B]:
[
B]Workaround[/B]:
How to contribute:
First of all, I repeat, signal bugs to the official channel (help@kobobooks.com), even if they are already reported, and report ADE bugs also to the Adobe forum.

You can also contribute signalling other devices and firmwares that the bugs affect, confirming unconfirmed bugs and adding test documents and details.

Good debugging!
