It doesn't show your text large, only the home screen. Well, it does show one other thing bigger, I suppose. The progress (location, %, ...) at the bottom of the book is a little bigger. I have that disabled, though. And after a day or two I set it back to standard. Obsessing over the battery % is overrated, IMO.
