Check finished with warnings or errors!

I've gotten this repeatedly, even before I included the cover image in the word doc. Anybody understand what this means? I didn't upload any .png files and nothing with this file name, so I don't know where it's coming from.
Your epub contains an image file that's mislabelled as a png.

The xhtml in that file is mangled and the tags have not been formed properly.

The answer, in both cases, is to open the ePub in Sigil and take a look at the offending element. I would also suggest both of you search for a different solution to creating epubs, since any workflow that spits out files named "tmp_239d64709504b96dd81c8edc6e65c178_xCSHbz_html_ m62b111ca.png" or "tmp_8f35b4464be7fb148563736a1c6c79c2_HmADUk.ch.fi xed.fc.tidied.stylehacked.xfixed_split_013.html" is a disaster waiting to happen.
