ok by copying the mbp files of the original mobi books and renaming them with the same name as the azw file transfers the notes and highlights to the azw file.
If I add a new note it syncs, but the original notes and highlights don't :/
Also seems after a few syncs the original notes get deleted by the server..
Any ideas?
