You could add some simple 'Markdown' to your txt file like this (note the #'s):

##Fruit
________
Apples
Bananas

##Vegetables
____________
Cucumbers
Zucchini

##Herbs
_____
thyme
cayenne

and set Convert - TXTInput - Formatting style to markdown
