KOReader has added many features over time and its many nightly releases, so it really helps if you include the KOReader version that you are using. The current versions of KOReader have an "["auto_suspend_timeout_seconds"] = " that is in the /.adds/KOReader/settings.reader.lua file. I have mine set to 480 seconds or 8min. You can do 60x60, for an hour, or whatever you want.
Also, I don't think tshering has implemented anything that would set a sleep in KOReader.
