Hey.

I'm having the same problem, using the latest binaries on Ubuntu 64bit.

Only if no sd card is in my Cybook Gen3, though. Once I insert it Calibre detects it. Mixes up the internal memory and the sd card, so if I export a book to the Reader it ends up on the SD card and vice versa. Also, it shows the free space for the reader on the card A icon (in the tooltips) and the other way round...

Not really a big issue, but I usually wouldn't use a SD card if it wasn't for that bug...

calibre-debug -d shows (without sd card):
Trying to open Cybook Gen 3 / Opus Device Interface ... failed
Opening of the following devices failed
<calibre.devices.cybook.driver.CYBOOK object at 0x35c68d0>
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/home/kovid/build/calibre/src/calibre/devices/usbms/device.py", line 607, in open_linux
DeviceError: Unable to detect the CYBOOK disk drive. Your kernel is probably exporting a deprecated version of SYSFS.

Might be my device, though. Acts a bit strange lately...

Cheers,
Makkus
