When you set a bookmark, the text which is shown at the top left is saved. If you reopen the ebook (no matter which font size), for this text is searched and EPUBReader displays automatically the page where this text is shown. If you changed the font size in the meantime or you change it afterwards, the text is no longer shown at the top left but at the bottom right (if you decreased font size) or at the middle left (if you increased font size). This happens because EPUBReader displays the text in 'book mode' pagewise and can't therefore position exactly at the position of the bookmark. If you read in 'website mode', the page is automatically scrolled to the bookmarked text, so this text is alway shown at the top of the page.

To avoid this problem, it's probably the best, that you change the fontsize permanently in the EPUBReader configuration so you don't have to change the size via the increase/decrease font buttons.
