If this is anything like the Pandigital Novel, it's actually not a tablet but an Android e-reader with some extra functionality. There might be a power button on one side and a volume rocker on the other - but without a menu and back button you can't use it as a tablet.
At $249, I don't see where this is going to fit in the tablet market. I don't think I'd want to spend that on this device if the UI is completely locked down. What if I want to play Angry Birds on it?
