OK thanks church mouse. Variations in both quality of the screens and user tolerance aside, can you see *any* gradient in the colour of the screen (white to yellow, the background darker the further away from the lights)? This is the thing that interests me most, as it seems a real issue with the capacitive touch screen readers like the Kindle Voyage.
