The "technical" name for an eInk screen is an "electrophoretic display", abbreviated to "EPD". Thus, to avoid using trademarks such as "eInk", one should perhaps talk about devices with EPD screens. Of course, this has the minor disadvantage that almost nobody will understand what you mean
