I agree. The lack of 2nd level TOC support is no big deal for those who read mostly novels, but for those who read academic books are articles it is very annoying. The NC stock ePub reader is really at the bottom of the readers available from other book seller venders. The iPad Nook app is better than the NC stock ePub reader!
