The closest system image I've found till now is 1.0.00.09010. I've put it on the system partition and reformatted the data and READER partitions. Unfortunately, without effect. Rotating arrows and no idea how to debug this... thanks for the advice in any case, I also have myself to blame for not keeping track of the modifications I did last year.
