Hi,

W2E is totally free software, the license is displayed when you install the extension.
About the source code, you can see it when installed, going to "macro" menu and edit it.
Anyway, if you "unzip" the extension package, you will find all the source code and license files.

W2E doesn't works with LO 5.x because a change in extension management, but unfortunately I have no time to work to an update.

I will release a new and compatible version as soon as possible, sorry.
