Benoe, I tried that and it didn't work either. I finally did get the TOC wizard to work (hint: don't do this when you're tired, make sure you're awake enough to remember not to include "<" and ">" in your tag when you type it into the Wizard -- that's what fixed it for me).
But the problem I have now, of it suddenly not finding <body> tags that are clearly present in the HTML files... now that's my current issue.
