I can help a little but not completely as I have forgotten some of the detail.
To set my voltage I had to create a text file that contained the correct voltage figure, copy that file to my reader via USB and then put the reader into test mode. As I recall there was then a button to reset voltage that would make the reader look in that file. I seem to remember the reader doesn't tell you when it is finished, so just wait a little while and restart it.
What I don't remember is what to call the text file or where to copy it, probably the root folder.
I hope this gives you a little help in your quest for a decent screen image.
