I've had books from small publishers that try to cater to 4K monitors with their covers... and so they put in a 3840x2880 cover or so, taking up 25 megabytes.

Interesting. I don't mind them sucking up space, as I tend to have only about a 1000 books on my reader most of the time. I just notice a trend to blow the books up unnesscessarily lately.
