Too many differences in routers, DDNS services, etc for that to be practical.

Do you have any network-knowledgeable acquaintances you can offer to buy pizza for if they come by and set it up for you?

Even a remote troubleshooting session might work (where they can see your computer screen on theirs) but sometimes the need to configure the router itself prevents that from being practical.
