This for me as well. I love Calibre Companion for Android and use it every day.

I love that I update the read date in Calibre on my PC and it only syncs one way as I am a big rereader and want my "Date Read" custom column to reflect the date I finished the book the first time. I feel that way about all of the data actually. I only want it to sync from my PC to my devices. (I realize I may be in the minority on that, but this is what makes the app useful to me).

I love all of the existing sorting options.

Calibre Companion is close to the perfect app as it is.

Please don't break it!
