The same with 83 % white reflection. It is related to the bistable platform / version. This offers CLEARink the possibility to use colorfilters which usually reduces the reflection. Finally they get a very good reflection rate even with color. BTW: E-ink (= bistable, black and white) just achieves a reflection rate of 45 %.

83% white reflectance means about 40% colour reflectance (assuming WRGB sub-pixels)
