Sounds like a huge hassle for you exiga! Sorry to hear it. If you do what Peter suggested you should get some proper attention. There have been some issues with gift cards and store credit around Christmas which they are aware of by now. I trust it will be resolved rightfully, I just hope it will be quickly enough for you!
