Tabellen sind auch unter ePub meist eher ein Glücksspiel, und besser ist es ohne sie.

Beim Kindle kommt der Umstand dazu, dass das AZW-Format auf einer veralteten Software aufbaut und verschiedene CSS 2.1-Befehle ignoriert. Was in ePub geht, muss also tatsächlich nicht zwangsläufig in AZW gehen.
