This was not really easy to find, and I don't know if you actually asked for what I answered in previous bullet point.
Yes, this was what I was suggesting for the next point. The Harry Hole books had the series number. They will show how the number is shown in the page.

That list of books should be a good list of test cases.

One more thing, this site shows books in quite a few languages. It is importent in the seaches that attribute: Språk = Norsk
That I wouldn't have thought of. I can see someone wanting other languages as well, but they might be better served by other sites.
