Just noticed Tor UK, who publish the above sf and fantasy authors amongst many, currently have a 30% discount sale running until early January from their own web page. There's a notice saying rights mean they can't sell 'certain' titles outside the UK, but it doesn't say which ones. I'm in the UK and so unaffected. However, the books don't have DRM!
