Hello!

I'm trying to convert text from a website into an epub to read on my Kobo, but when I convert, both apostrophes and quotation marks show up as & instead. It did it with the original copy and paste I did, and then I went back in and did a find and replace, and I'm still having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
