Bleh, j'ai pas Calibre d'installé sur cet OS, mais y'a une option dans les réglages généraux (me semble) de conversion pour activer/désactiver le saut de ligne/page auto entre chaque paragraphe.

(Note tout à fait personnelle: les interlignes entre paragraphes sur de l'e-ink, je trouve ça moche ^^).

EDIT: Hop, booté sous un vrai OS, un p'tit screenshot pour la route (si on me pardonne l'UI en US ^^).
