One way is Add books -> Add books from a single directory. Drill down to Documents\My Kindle Content. Select MOBI books. Left click on 1st ebook and then shift left click on last. Now hit Open.

Since many Kindle ebooks are DRM infested, you most likely want to add the 3rd party DRM stripping plugins first. See Apprentice Alf's Blog for more info on DRM.
