The PDF viewer used by the Q7 is Evince.
More information on Evince is available here:

It's a basic program without a lot of features.
For example, annotations have not been implemented yet. See
http://live.gnome.org/Evince/Roadmap but they are coming in version 2.28.
Also, you may want to contact the person running this project and let him know what else you would like to see added to Evince. His blog is here:

Perhaps you would be willing to help him beta test the latest version.
