If it did contain SPAM as you say, some of the SPAM should have been in the deletion message instead of the original content, to avoid this confusion.
Unfortunately, the revision history was empty, and the reason for deletion showed a portion of the ORIGINAL content as an example of "vandalism". There was no evidence of anything OTHER than the original content having been on that wiki page. It
appears that the original content was declared as vandalism (perhaps by a misbehaving "bot" that belongs to
DaleDe?).
