Just received and unpacked mine. Have to say so far I am VERY impressed!

Lovely screen; packaging is elegant. It comes in what looks like a classic book case; when you slide the contents out, the inner packaging opens like a book, with the Kobo on the right, it's screen protected by a removable plastic sheet.

On the left side is found the "Quick start" guide, and the USB cable.

No CD supplied; the program installs from the Kobo when it is plugged in via the USB cable.
