I installed 0.6.47 on my mac mini/snow leopard and the images are still missing in print preview (astronomy picture of the day) and when I use the print/save as pdf method no pdf file is created. When I view the epub in firefox with epubreader extension I can print the frame with images ok.
Maybe printing is a feature not many calibre users are using? I will use the convert to pdf option since that works great.
