If you're trying to load Word docs into the software and reader but it doesn't load the title/author, you need to do the following:
In Word:
1. Depending upon which version of Word you have, go to file -> properties (or wherever properties is located in the later versions). Open the properties dialogue box.
2. Type in the title and author.
3. Close properties dialogue box.
4. Save as: Title
NB ensure that you save as RTF, not doc.

This should solve the problem. The title and author should now show in the software and on your reader.
