Today I went to answer your question and the
option on the tab was missing for me, but that was because this is my work machine and I hadn't yet upgraded to 0.7.18 on this machine. But If I understand you correctly you can't even see that tab at all?

Last week I actually had seven or so cows walk through my yard... i wonder if they made it home yet?
