Chambers, Robert W: The Tracer of Lost Persons, v.1 10 March 2008.

A novel of 1906.
(Illustrated.)

By Robert W Chambers (1865-1933). I haven’t come across this author before, but was browsing PG and liked the title. The novel seems to be a humorous episodic set of linked stories about a professional tracer of missing people.
