I did some investigation for the trouble with the dialog of rejected titles under osX.
I learned (from the great Kovid Goyal) that (at least under osX) it is not possible to use a dialog window in a plugin. So for osX users the advise is to disable this option in the configuration of the plugin. In that case the plugin should work.
