I'm not sure if you're joking or not, but Duokan has been around for goodness knows how many years. It's not a replacement operating system; just a different set of application software. The Kindle is still running the Linux operating system.
On the remote chance that you're being serious, and weren't actually aware of Duokan before now, you'll find endless discussion of it in the "Kindle Developer's Corner" forum.
