How can I read .lrf files on my Mac?

Is there any way I can read .lrf files on my Mac? Occasionally I would like to bring up a book file in some software that would let me copy a section or search for something. I can't find any way to do this on the Mac (PPC). I can, of course open .rtf files, but most of my books are downloaded from this site and are in .lrf. (Up to now I have resorted to downloading a new .rtf version from Project Gutenberg, but I would like to find an easier way.)
