FBReader does not support the interactive features of the MOBI format.

Note that the Java version of MobiPocket Reader does not support them either, see Cross-platform feature support.

There have been reports of limited success using the Windows MobiPocket Reader under Linux via Wine. The problem with this approach is that the Windows version does many more things than just display ebooks, so Wine needs to do many things perfectly in order to fully support the Reader.
