Yes, I have. I had a unit that was defective and right about the time the warranty was about to expire I called Sony and they replaced the unit with a refurb within 1 or 2 days. I thought that was pretty outstanding. Unfortunately my unit was poorly designed and the same flaw showed up later on the "new" unit. I just found a way to live with it.
