This version should fix the fimfiction cover image issue. Please report if it does or doesn't.

Note that if you want to update the cover on an existing epub, you have to check the 'Update EPUB Cover' as well as using 'Update Always' or 'Update New'.

UPDATE Nov 26, newer test or released version exists now.
