That's not the problem.
In Settings, "keep empty lines" can be checked, but upon closing the settings window, it's unchecked again.
Even when checked and I click on "reload file", empty lines aren't kept.
So this setting seems to be completely ingnored. Even on a fresh installation with the latest update
