I've been a full-time professional second-hand bookseller (and occasional publisher) for 25 years and the traditional hard copy book never gave me this much grief! I have to say that I still much prefer the traditional book to reading on Kindle. I had to download and read an ebook on how to format for Kindle as it wasn't available in hard copy, and I didn't find it as expedient. I managed to get a paperback version of Liz Castro's book on epubs and found that a lot easier to use. There's an irony in there somewhere!
