Amazon has been very good (possibly too good/easy/lenient) with exchanging defective/broken kindles for me. I do hope they don't just one day decide I've made one return too many and pull the plug, but instead give me a warning "sir, as much as we value your business, you're killing us with all these returns. WTF, man?"
