I'm in agreement--price probably won't drop. Key word is probably--but if you keep waiting, you'll never have a gadget to enjoy.

Last July, I bought a 16 gb iPod Touch. Just 4 weeks after I purchased it, Apple came out with the new second gen. Touches. The new ones were $100 cheaper and had a few more bells and whistles--including quite a bit longer battery life. I was somewhat disappointed, but I'm still enjoying my Touch.
