Not sure what you are trying to ask here?
If you do a "connect to iTunes" then the Calibre Device view will show what is in iTunes. The Calibre Library view will continue to show what is in Calibre, and the onDevice column will be visible in the Library view with green ticks for items that are also in iTunes.
You need to check your iTunes settings against those in the sticky at the top of this sub-forum area for everything to work as expected.
